WINE is good for all, if taken alone or with black or brown bread. Not with meats so much as with just bread. This may be taken between meals, or as a meal; but not too much – and just once a day. Red wine only.
Daily Application of Selected Cayce Readings
How Do You Pray?
Let your prayer be, "Not my way, Lord. Have Your own way with me that I may ever be a channel of blessings to those I contact day by day."
Based on Edgar Cayce reading 3084-1
It was Bill who had brought Arthur to the organization. Since then they had worked together for many years to educate people about its spiritual philosophy. Both had seen many lives transformed because of the message they carried.
Today they were walking together to lunch. Bill had just discovered he had a serious illness and probably would be dead within a year. As they walked, Bill asked, "Arthur, how would you pray for me, now?"
Arthur thought carefully. Then he said that he wouldn't pray specifically for a miracle healing for Bill, but would continue to pray for God's presence with him. Above all, Arthur would continue to pray for the work of the organization. It was this work that needed to continue long after both of them had passed on.
Bill looked at Arthur and heard the love and commitment they both shared for each other and for their work.
He quietly said, "You're right, Arthur. You're right."
APPLICATION: Prayers are powerful tools. When praying, be sure you are praying for the right things.
