(Q) Are there any exercises that I can take to keep my weight down
that will not be detrimental to my back?
(A) Take grape juice regularly four times each day, about half an hour before each meal and before retiring. Use three ounces of pure grape juice (such as Welch’s) with one ounce of plain water, not carbonated water. This with the Sweats or the Baths will keep down the weight as well as remove poisons.
